A View from the Bottom

I watch the news channels and read the papers. Again and again I am told how close the race is between Bush and Kerry. How can that be? Is the media that bias? I mean come on; can there be that many morons in this country that are actually considering voting this asshole in for 4 more years? Look at the mess he has gotten us into in his first 4. I don’t know if some of the damage he has inflicted on this country can be undone in my life time, and I’m only 34. I stop and think about the things this idiot has done and in some cases un-done and it makes me nuts. What makes me even more nuts is that it seems to me, that millions of Americans have no problem with him. They think he is doing a good job! What country are they living in? Or is it that there only source of info is the Fox News Channel? America has never been more hated around the world. That’s a fact. Now how can that make us safer? It doesn’t. It makes us an even bigger target for terrorists around the world. On top of the two wars that he has started, witch won’t be paid off in my life time either; the economy is in the toilet. There are millions of people without jobs. There are millions of people / kids without any form of healthcare plan. The level of education that is coming out of our under funded public school system is appalling. The real slap in the face is that Bush now wants to set up a national healthcare system as part of his so called rebuilding of Iraq, of coarse he is the reason they have to rebuild. We don’t have that here and Iraq will? I thought the job of the president was to look out for the well being of the citizens of the United States. He seems to have much more interest in pushing his religious agenda down the throats of people who don’t want or need him in there lives. Yeah Saddam was a cruel dictator. In all fairness he never did anything to me. Yeah he killed some of his own people. The thing is, we are in no shape to be helping others a world a way when we need a president that wants to and can help us here at home first. I mean you can just go on and on about how this guy has fucked up shit. He is a moron! He is trying to get a second term in office by running on the falsehood that he has made us all safer and that he is the only one who can. That just isn’t true at all. The world is a much more dangerous place now then it was 4 years ago and he is to blame. I’m not a huge John Kerry fan either, but he certainly isn’t a moron. At this point, that’s good enough to get my vote. Sad but true.
